This organisation's aim is to promote the social integration and inclusion in the labour market of people at risk of social exclusion, and chiefly those individuals who lack the necessary independence to make use of standard social and labour integration and normalisation mechanisms. Furthermore, the Fundación Ared promotes social voluntary work in all of its guises.
The organisation's mission is to help people at risk of social exclusion on the road to full citizenship, promoting their independence, through training and integral support programmes. The Fundació Privada Ared works in tandem with other organisations to raise awareness about the plight of its users amongst institutions and society at large.
