Electrical Machinery Fitter; Electrical Machines and Circuit Boards Fitter; Electronic Equipment and Machines Fitter.

These professionals are in charge of fitting, assembling, modifying and maintaining electrical, electromechanical and electronic components of capital equipment (computer equipment, telecommunications and other devices) and industrial machinery, in accordance with technical rules and regulations.

This professional activity is carried out mainly in companies dedicated to the manufacture, assembly, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment and industrial machinery.

• Link the electrical and electronic components and systems of the machines or industrial machinery.
  Position, align and fasten parts to frames using manual or motorised tools and tin soldering and micro soldering equipment.
• Activate machines for winding used wire coils on electrical equipment and components, such as recorders, transformers, armature winding, electrical engines and generators.
• Fit electronic components on printed circuit boards.

• Place connectors in the conductors for the assembly of the equipment.
• Interconnect elements and carry out fastening and labelling operations during the assembly of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Inspect and test components and wiring installations and circuits to ensure that they function correctly.

• Carry out opening and disassembly operations of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Carry out element replacement, fitting and assembly operations during electrical and electronic equipment maintenance processes.
• Carry out auxiliary operations during maintenance processes, following the instructions given.

• Work hours
