An expert in Mobile UX (User Experience) studies and evaluates user interaction in mobile applications to ensure ease of use and efficiency, and above all, that users have a good perception of the app.

They perform a content inventory analysis of the mobile app, both during app development and once launched on the market, to identify and suggest changes in the structure of the information in order to improve the user experience, especially in terms of processes and efficiency.

They work closely with the Mobile App Designer, and in particular, with aspects associated with the user interface (UI), as well as experts in mobile marketing, analysis and positioning in order to define the target public of the app. For this reason, the job market often seeks an expert in both UI and UX.


Participate in the definition of the main characteristics of the app regarding user interaction:

- Analyse the target public of the app and the perception they have of their experience with the app.
- Study and compare the efficiency and the quality of different user interfaces and the associated user experience by preparing user tests as part of mockups and models.
- Design the user processes within the application to generate fluid interactions (user flow).

Ensure that the contents of the app and its functionalities are appropriate in improving user interaction with the app:

- Perform content inventories and suggest changes to improve the information architecture, processes, and the efficiency of user interaction.
- Collaborate with designers to achieve a good visual design that transmits the information correctly.
- Ensure the app operates properly: prioritise and present the elements that are especially important for the mobile device in an easily accessible manner and optimise the essential content.
- Suggest solutions for user input of data in mobile applications.
- Propose solutions that can be adapted to different mobile contexts (multi-tasking, low connectivity, movement...) to the development and design team. ).

Perform actions to generate loyalty and confidence in mobile app users:

- Check that the app generates confidence in users (especially in terms of privacy and security) and suggest changes to ensure this.
- Prepare user feedback tools (notifications, alerts, etc.) and help.
- Define the main elements and tools, together with the mobile marketing team, that ensure that it is easy to find an application and repeat the experience.
