Description

This is the aesthetics professional specialised in treatments and services for men. In light of the fact that men are increasingly concerned about their image, aesthetics services tailored to their needs have become more popular. Since men are biologically different from women, there are also differences in the characteristics of their complexion, skin, hair, etc. For this reason, male customers need aesthetics professionals who are familiar with their main concerns and know how to resolve them.

Tasks

  • Welcome and assist customers even when these do not have an appointment, advising them on the services best suited to their needs. Show male customers which services are available to them in the beautycare centre.
  • Draw up a technical data sheet, including any personal details of the client which may be relevant in terms of selecting a treatment or service and in order to carry out the relevant follow-up.
  • Prepares and adapt the facilities, means and products required to provide the necessary treatment or service.
  • Execute the services or treatment requested by customers if these fall within one's professional speciaity: hair-removal, manicures, facials, massages, barber services, etc.
  • ensure customers receive a high-quality service in the appropriate settings and that they feel comfortable and relaxed. Offer them magazines or newspapers to read, refreshments, etc.
  • Advise customers on the cosmetic products available for purchase which are best suited to their complexion.
  • Provide a make-up service when requested to do so: for special events such as weddings, important meetings, parties, etc.
  • Invite customers to try new services which they may find useful, so that they can see the results for themselves. The goal is to achieve customer loyalty and help them discover their beautycare needs.
