Description

The person in charge of managing and recruiting clients, as well as achieving the loyalty of the client portfolio which may be made up of businesses and private individuals; also carries out some administrative tasks.

Tasks

  • Build loyalty and maintain the client portfolio, identifying their level of connection with the company and the risk of abandonment. Then, based on these facts, decide what efforts must be made and through which channels.
  • Advise the clients on financial matters, in other words, make investment recommendations, explain their rights, analyse the clauses of the formalised financial agreement and answer any questions regarding its content and cover (compensation for possible losses that the client could experience).
  • Implement marketing strategies for the financial transactions: market research, direct marketing, telephone and cross-selling marketing, etc.
  • Highlight the importance and advantages of the marketed financial products through the presentation of services, reasoning and negotiation.
  • Manage and monitor the administrative procedures that must be carried out related to commercial management. This entails explaining to the client the possible changes in the agreements' conditions (which could result from the modification of the financial agreements, changes in the capital or assumed risk, etc).
  • Prepare reports on the status of the client portfolio.
  • Report to the immediate superior, which is usually the sales director, on the new clients attracted, the formalised agreements and the projected commercial activities to be carried out.
  • Apply calculation and data analysis (statistical functions) tools that make it possible to optimise information on the clients, products, markets and salespersons.
