The product customisation manager directs activities related to the final finishes of products, in accordance with client purchase order requirements and the availability of manufactured goods, in a post-production phase. This professional commonly carries out their functions in a centre different to that of production. The individual that carries out this position must have excellent aptitudes in coordination. As well as having to manage his/her own team, he/she must oversee that deadlines, and specific conditions relating to components or products are met in other areas that may interrelate with his/her management area, such as production or purchasing. Depends on the Director of Physical Distribution.


  • Planning product and material requirements.
    Direct activities related to the integration of complements and accessories into finished products, in accordance with customer purchase order requirements and the availability of unassigned existing products.
    In charge of planning product and material requirements, carrying out stock control according to established criteria and managing the human resources assigned to these tasks.
    Maintain contact and ensure coordination with the different material and product supply centres.
    Enforce the quality plan in order to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage dispatch activities.
    In charge of contracting transport and safeguarding the correct reception of goods by clients.
  • Controls pertinent administrative documentation.
  • Uses information technologies and the communication to program, xecute operations and issue products under their responsibility.
