The specialist in the assessment of exhibitions and museum projects conducts an analysis of the impact, opinions, public behaviour and other aspects related to the organisation, production, services and facilities of an exhibition. In short, they are professionals who prepare studies that demonstrate the operation of exhibitions and their related services. These studies are very useful when modifications or new proposals must be made.


  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of audiences to find out both the volume of attending audiences and their reactions to new proposals.
  • Analyse the relationship between visitors, the museum exhibition or project, communications media and the exhibition's message.
  • Analyse the operation and design of the stagings.
  • Study how the space design and facilities work for the different types of audiences.
  • Detect potential problems, via analysis, and propose strategies and tools to resolve them.
  • Draw up a final report explaining the analysis procedures, conclusions and the interpretation of results.
