Description

The webmetrist is dedicated to defining suitable indicators to measure the impact of a company on the Internet.
The mission of the webmetrist it is to define, measure, communicate and update tools and methods (scorecard, balanced scorecards) that enable gaining a complete vision of the traffic, behavior and user profile, satisfaction, the service level offered, the customer life cycle, competitive framework or degree of achievement of the organization's objectives on the Internet.

Tasks

  • Define a set of critical indicators to assess the degree of compliance with objectives of the organization in its electronic service channel.
  • Identify the internal and external information flows required to follow-up the indicators suggested.
  • Implement or supervise constant follow-up of the suggested indicators, pointing out any abnormal variations or parameters in relation to expected values.
  • Define the technical architecture of the process.
    Select the architecture and appropriate technical tools (use analysis, website data extraction, analytical CRM, business intelligence).
    Draft technical specifications.
  • Continuously retro-feed the indicator system.
    Continuously observe the operation of the sequence of commands and propose updates for the metrics depending on the results observed.
