Image and design is an industry that encompasses different forms of visual identity and creation, such as illustration, art, fashion or photography. Knowledge and creativity are key, although it goes beyond mere aesthetics and has been demonstrated as being essential for products and services to generate value, thus consolidating its position as an important discipline with a significant impact on the competitiveness of companies. Image and design must be understood as a strategic activity, as demonstrated by the fact that companies which incorporate image and design elements as a strategic business tool are more innovative and profitable than companies that do not.
