Practice Storytelling: connect and highlight your skills! - RF137

This course combines the competency-based interview approach with the Storytelling technique to help you communicate your professional experiences in an impactful and effective way. Learn to identify the key competencies that companies are looking for and to tell your experiences through stories that highlight your skills and values. Practice and improve your self-confidence to make the best impression on interviewers.

People in the process of looking for a job and/or professional improvement.

Program content:

Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes. 

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. Identify the key competencies required for a position and understand how recruiters assess them.

2. Learn to structure answers with Storytelling techniques that capture the interviewer's attention.

3. Develop stories based on professional experiences that showcase key competencies and professional achievements.

4. Practice effective communication during the interview.
