What does this service offer you?
They are comprehensive employment projects, that is, specific programs to promote socio-labor insertion that combine some or all of the actions in job orientation, training and capacity building, work experience programs, and support for reintegration into the job market.
Training and capacity building:
- Between 50 and 100 hours of training to be carried out during working hours
- Occupational Risk Prevention
- Vocational training linked to the project
- Transversal skills connected to the labor market
- Job search techniques
Labor contract
The contracted persons carry out tasks of social interest related to the following areas:
- Repair and maintenance of equipment and public spaces
- Environment and urban sustainability. Cleaning and adaptation of public spaces.
- Community services: dynamization and social cohesion
- Promotion of economic activity, tourism, and commerce
- Information and communication technologies
Technical support in the job search process, after the end of the Work and Training contract.

You are unemployed and a resident of the city of Barcelona, registered as a job seeker at the SOC, prioritizing those people who have special difficulties in entering the job market:
- People belonging to vulnerable groups and with more difficulties accessing the labor market
- Residents of neighborhoods with socio-economic imbalances
- Unemployed people corresponding to the characteristics of the city's unemployment profile.
- Under 30 years old
- Over 40 years old who have been unemployed for more than a year
- Preferably, people who have exhausted unemployment benefits and/or subsidies
