Do you represent an educational centre? The Professional Life Project is the program for academic and professional guidance, the promotion of entrepreneurial culture, and work values, aimed at students from secondary, high school, and vocational training centres.

Who is this program for?

The Professional Life Project is aimed at compulsory and post-compulsory secondary school students in general. Even so, each activity is aimed at specific groups: 3rd and 4th years of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Training and Insertion Programs (PFI), 1st and 2nd years of Baccalaureate, Secondary Education Cycles (CFGM), Higher Education Cycles (CFGS), Adult Education and SEN (Special Educational Needs).

La sessió permetrà al vostre alumnat identificar camps d'interès, configurant un perfil d'interessos que us ajudarà a conèixer sortides professionals associades. Es tracta d'un pas clau en el procés d'orientació dels alumnes.

Competències clau

La sessió permetrà al teu alumnat conèixer en profunditat què són les competències clau i identificar-ne les pròpies per detectar possibles punts forts i febles que poden incidir en el grau d'ocupabilitat.

Xerrada Escola i Empresa

The talk, based on a student-business dialogue, will allow us to visualize aspects of life in the company and its role in society from a different perspective than usual.

Programa Treball amb Valors

The experience of young people speaking to young people to spread the values of work through attitudes, skills and values that are transversally applicable to all areas of interest: personal, educational and/or professional.

Esperit Emprenedor

The session will allow your students a first approach to the concept of entrepreneurship, identify the skills of the entrepreneurial person with an initial diagnosis of this profile and recognize what an innovative idea is.

Valors del Treball

The session will allow your students to identify the work values necessary for their professional development, as well as relate the values to the behaviors and attitudes that derive from them.

Learn about Barcelona Activa's resources for starting a business

The experience of young people speaking to young people to spread the values of work through attitudes, skills and values that are transversally applicable to all areas of interest: personal, educational and/or professional.

Regata laboral: descobreix l'economia blava

Activity composed of a gamified monograph to discover the blue economy sector and related occupations and a maritime visit with two modalities (see more information in the 'session material' section)

Barcelona Activa Job Exchange

The session will allow your students to be visible and make a good candidate for the offers that companies send to Barcelona Activa, by registering on the Empresa Ocupació Platform.

Escape Room: supera un procés de selecció

The session will allow your students to identify selection dynamics in a game format, being part of a secret mission to save humanity while passing common tests of the selection process.

Job Search Channels

The session will allow your students to learn about the range of job search channels, as well as identify the most appropriate elements, strategies and tools to get the most out of them.

Job Interview

The session will allow your students to identify appropriate behaviors in the context of an interview, as well as acquire and practice strategies to successfully pass a job interview.

With practical activities we will delve deeper into the concept of skills related to achievement: planning and organization and strategic orientation.

Through this activity, your students will be able to learn and work, with practical activities, on strategies to develop teamwork, communication, empathy and leadership skills.

Keep calm and SELF MANAGED!

Through this activity, your students will be able to learn and work, with practical activities, on strategies to develop skills related to personal management: self-confidence, self-control, flexibility and creativity.

Each group can participate in a maximum of 3 monographs (without affecting participation in talks, conferences, or company visits).
