Tailor-made action, UOC. How AI is transforming HR and recruitment and selection processes. (Virtual Classroom)

This activity allows us to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the recruitment and selection processes of personnel. More and more companies are using automated systems to manage applications, filter profiles and make decisions in the early stages of the selection process. The session offers a practical and up-to-date view of how these systems work, especially ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and the algorithms involved in searching, filtering and classifying people
