What does this program offer you?

Barcelona has Specialised Units in Youth Employment that aim to facilitate the transition processes between the educational system and the world of work through guidance and support.

The technical team of Barcelona Activa advise you with a personalised service if you do not yet have a qualification. We offer you:

• Information, guidance, and support, individually or in groups, with the aim of facilitating your return to the educational system, job placement, or access to other occupational resources.
• Networking reinforcement, through relationships with professionals in the educational, youth, and other socio-labour fields, to identify orientation, training, and employment resources in the city, identify areas for improvement, and specify pathways for young people.
• Dissemination activities, through the development of specific materials or participation in events.

Are you between 16 and 29 years old?

• If you need advice to find a training resource, a training program, experience acquisition, international mobility, or others, you can participate in group sessions.
• We can also refer you to different agents, professionals, and/or entities in contact with young people who can detect when support is needed for job placement: social educators, social services personnel, teachers, youth organizations, career counsellors, among others.
