Autoconeixement: el primer pas per establir el teu objectiu (x2) - OC50

Do you want to advance professionally and don't know where to start? Start by knowing who you are and what you are good at. In this course, we will work on your self-knowledge through tools and dynamics that will help you clarify what is not letting you move forward. If you are not sure where to go, or you are simply not sure what your skills are, this activity can help you.

People in the process of orientation or professional change. 

Program content:

Duration: 6 hours (2 sessions of 3 hours)

- Know one's strengths and areas for improvement.

- Detect one's own professional interests and values.

- Empowering yourself as a professional with possibilities in the labour market.

- Start thinking about a possible goal related to your professional possibilities and preferences.
