Who is it aimed at?

• Female workers, either in their current role or changing jobs, looking to advance their careers, get into leadership roles, and/or roles with greater responsibility.
• Especially in male-dominated or less visible industries.

It is important that you have prior work experience, availability to participate in both individual and group activities, and a willingness to share and learn in a collaborative environment.
