Prepare your self-application based on how the selector thinks and acts - RF99

Find out how to identify your professional goal and the steps to follow to make a self-application to access hidden job offers, which companies will never publish, and the different ways to arouse the interest of the people in charge of the selection process.

 People in the process of looking for a job and/or professional improvement. Recommended for people with basic knowledge of computers and internet browsing, who have an e-mail account.

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. Identify the most important aspects of the self-application process.

2. To acquire the necessary knowledge that enables the use of self-application techniques as an effective tool in the job search.

3. Design a strategy for optimizing self-candidacy actions, identifying the key points. 

4. Apply efficient techniques and strategies to get into selection processes that are never published.

5. Know how to act throughout the selection process, as well as the use given to the different recruitment and selection tools.
