Orientation and job research for entities and occupation events
The Tailored Activity Program is an instrument developed from the Porta22 centre for professional development to meet the specific needs of certain professional groups.
Taking the methodology of the Professional Development Program ( BARCELONA TREBALL)as a model, the tailored activities strongly consider the specific needs of each group, albeit related to development and improvement of competencies, to the job search or to professional reorientation. Depending on the demand, routes are designed which often take a specific economic sector or professional environment as a reference.
To build each training proposal, continuous cooperation and communication is done with the entity to adjust the routes as far as possible to the detected interests and needs.
