Connect with the SSE: channels and platforms to find a job with purpose (NEW!) - ESS42

Do you want to take the step towards a meaningful job and don't know where to start? This capsule will help you discover specific platforms and channels to access job opportunities within the Social and Solidarity Economy. A practical session to guide you and activate your search with values. This capsule offers a practical and guiding look at the specific channels for finding a job within the SSE, promoting autonomy, reflection and self-initiative in the job search.

People in active search or redefinition of their professional path. No prior technical knowledge is required.

Program content:

1. Practical introduction to job search within the SSE
- Why look for jobs in specific channels
- Principles for a job search with values.

2. We explore specific platforms and channels
- Up me up! Facto Cooperativa: Application based on values and match for a shared view.
- POTS Third Sector Employment Portal: Insertion with quality, focused on the social field.
- IntermediaJOB Intermedia Foundation: Matching by skills, without a CV.

3. Guided practical application
- Browse the platforms and search according to your own profiles.
- Identify job opportunities that are aligned with one's own interests and values.
- First steps: registration or access to an offer.

This activity is carried out in two types of format: face-to-face session or virtual session. Check the type of each session and the details in the website calendar.
