How to make decisions about your professional future - OC69

Discover how to make decisions aligned with your professional goals using Ellis' ABC method: you will learn to identify the thoughts that block you, manage the emotions that arise from them and define concrete actions to move forward safely towards your professional future. A practical session that will give you the tools to lead your way.

People in the process of orientation and/or professional change who want to deepen their knowledge of their own abilities and the definition of their professional objective.

Program content:

Duration: 3 hours.

What will you achieve with this activity?

 

1. Learn to make professional decisions: acquire practical tools to analyse and make decisions about the professional future with confidence and clarity.

2. Understand and apply Ellis' ABC method: know the method for rationally evaluating and assessing future options, identifying the pros and cons of each decision.

 

3. Design an action plan to make an informed decision: create a personalized action plan to face the professional decision with confidence, identifying the steps to follow to implement it.
