The T Method: re-orient your skills - OC72
In this activity you will learn to identify and analyse your transversal skills and how to adapt them to the professional sector of your interest. Through the T Method, you will define your talent map and discover how to redirect it towards new job opportunities. This method will help you empower yourself and redefine your professional project.
People in the process of looking for a job and/or professional change who want to deepen their knowledge of their own abilities.
Program content:
Duration: 3 hours.

1. Re-define the competency map to focus it on new sectors and professional challenges.
2. Learn tools to improve self-confidence and security in job search.
3. Establish an action plan that takes into account one's own talents.
