LIDERA Women's Skills School

Are you a woman and your goal is to promote professionally? Are you considering boosting your professional career? The School of Competencies provides training and training in transversal skills, key to professional development in the present and future job market. The activities that make up this itinerary contribute to the generation of new strategies to deal with changes, optimize organization and planning, as well as emotional management in processes of change and professional development. In addition, teamwork promotes networking and the possibility of sharing experiences. If you are looking to boost your current career, promote professionally and access higher categories, sign up!  

Women who are unemployed, professional improvement and/or actively looking for work, whose aim is to achieve professional promotion and access higher categories. 

 

Program content:

Duration: 18 hours (intensive itinerary of 6 sessions of 3 hours)

The activities included in this itinerary are:

Session 1 and 2: Adapt your communication: how to generate impact and trust

Session 3: Emotions and occupational health

Session 4: Make it easy for you: optimize your time

Session 5: Reinventing Yourself to Grow: Lifelong Learning Strategies

Session 6: Activate your talent! 

 

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. To develop the transversal skills most in demand in the labour market and that are key to professional development.

2. To train communication and collaboration tools to improve interpersonal relationships and expand professional possibilities.

3. Improve organizational management and start using tools and resources to improve our self-control and change management.

4. Identify moments of maximum energy and concentration to establish healthy habits that enhance productivity.

5. Understand what strategic planning is and how to set realistic goals that guide your professional development.
