What skills are needed to work in the Social Economy? Get to know them! (NEW!) - ESS55

Do you want to work on projects with social and transformative values? In this training we will learn the key skills to work in the Social and Solidarity Economy. Find out how to join the sector and how to develop your professional profile in the SSE.

The activity is aimed at people who want to work in the SSE or  who want to reorient their future work

Training to identify and develop key skills to work in the SSE: what we have and what needs to be reinforced or improved

Program content:

Objective:

- To know the key competences to work in the SSE

Contents:

- What is the Social and Solidarity Economy?

- Work on the SSE

- Competences  Let's know them and practice them:
- Entrepreneurial attitude: Ability to show initiative and drive to move forward with the collective enterprise project.
- Collective leadership: ability to assume commitments, which have previously been agreed with the group, and to fulfill them responsibly.
- Shared management: ability to plan and organize the different resources to achieve the objectives set and know how to develop this strategy as a team, establishing good interpersonal relationships.
- Market orientation: discovering new market opportunities that lead to generating new products and/or services or adapting existing ones.
- Value generation: the ability to imagine different original and creative possibilities in the face of a situation or problem, and to propose solutions with value

- The cooperative model as an example of collective entrepreneurship
