People who are looking for or redefining their professional path, interested in working on projects aligned with social, environmental and collective values. It is not necessary to have previous knowledge about the SSE.
Program content:
Duration: 2 hours.
What will you achieve with this activity?
1. Principles and values of the SSE that guide its internal functioning
What does it mean to put people and life at the centre?
Values such as democracy, transparency, equity and sustainability.
2. Organisational structures of SSE
How is work organised: teams, roles and shared responsibilities?
Governance and participation
3. Co-leadership and democratic decision-making
What is co-leadership and how is it exercised in the SSE?
Decision-making systems: consensus, facilitation and collective management.

IMPORTANT: This activity will be taught virtually, live/by streaming, through the free Microsoft TEAMS platform. Registered people will receive by email the link with the invitation and access instructions a few hours before the start of the session.
