Strategic thinking: boost your results - EC391

Practical workshop to learn how to apply strategic vision to professional development. Based on your real cases, you will train 4 key skills (long-term vision, pragmatism, objectivity and resource optimization) to define objectives, design a realistic action plan, measure progress and prevent risks.

People in the process of looking for a job, professional change or active who want to deepen their knowledge of their skills.

Program content:

Duration: 9 hours (3 sessions of 3 hours)

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. To be able to define specific, measurable and achievable objectives, adapted to the real situation.

2. Design action plans with specific steps, defined deadlines and clear priorities to advance in the objectives set.

3. Measure progress, identify errors and apply corrections to improve your strategy.

4. Analyse risks and develop alternatives to overcome blockage situations.
