Would you like to work as a butcher’s, delicatessen or poultry shop assistant? Or perhaps as an electrician’s assistant?

With the Dual Vocational Training for Employment (FPO Dual) programme, you will have the opportunity to train in a company while working under a paid employment contract, earn an official qualification and receive support from a technical team throughout the entire process.

Who is this service for?

Young people aged 18 to 29 and other eligible groups (people over 29 receiving support from Social Services and people over 45 who are long-term unemployed) who live in the city of Barcelona. Applicants must be registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) and have a valid work permit.

Butcher’s, delicatessen or poultry shop assistant

• Training and employment in Barcelona’s municipal markets and local shops.

Electrician’s assistant

• Training and employment in electrical installation companies.
• The program includes the Level 1 Professional Certificate in Auxiliary Operations for the Installation of Electrical and Telecommunications Systems in Buildings, as well as complementary training in pipe installation.
