Are you young and unsure what career path to follow? Discover your calling with the (Re)activa el teu futur [(Re)activate your future] programme for young people. This programme helps you to discover new trades and professions, explore them and train in the areas that interest you most.

The (Re)activate your future programme includes guidance, activities to discover different professions, visits to pioneering companies, and tutoring to help you define your career goals and create a personalised work plan to secure the job you want.

You will also have the opportunity to experience the day-to-day work of various occupations and to be accompanied by a young mentor at the company where they work as you discover your professional path.
 

What does it offer you?

• Support from a team of young mentors with whom you can share your concerns and interests, opening up new employment opportunities.
• Support throughout the programme from a careers adviser. You will agree on an individual and personalised action plan, supporting you throughout the process. 
• Activities to help you discover what interests you and which professions best suit what you want. 
• Knowledge of new professions and their day-to-day work within the company.  
• Accredited training in the following specialities with internships in companies:  
  • Warehouse assistant activities (210h) 
  • Basic restaurant and bar operations (290h) 
  • Sales assistant (270h) 
  • Supporting administrative and general services (430h)

Who is it aimed at?

For young people:  

• Preferably between 16 and 25 years old 
• Education Level: ESO or below, baccalaureate or also with a CFGM vocational qualification who want to change profession. 
• Preferably residents of the city of Barcelona 
• Registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia
