Barcelona Activa offers entities in the territory the possibility to request customised activities for orientation, job search, labour market, and competency development aimed at specific population groups with added vulnerability situations that hinder their access to the labour market. These activities are tailored to the specific needs of the participants so that they have training tailored to their needs.

Barcelona Activa offers a catalogue of orientation and job search activities that adapt to the needs of people with special insertion difficulties. The catalogue of activities includes actions on how to improve job search effectiveness, develop or improve competencies, manage professional changes, or acquire knowledge about the current labour market, among others. To configure the catalogue of activities, participating entities become a key element. Through continued cooperation with them, the needs of the population groups they serve are analysed, and activities that can best meet those needs are adapted.

Who can access it?

Agents and entities that serve people with special insertion difficulties. To access it, consult the catalogue of activities with the available themes and fill out the form with the specific demand. To process the demand correctly, the activity must be requested with a minimum of 15 days in advance. Once the request is made, the technical team of Barcelona Activa contacts the centre to learn more about the characteristics of the group and the detected needs.
