FACE-TO-FACE SESSION FOR PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF EXTRAORDINARY REGULARIZATION 2026. LABOUR RIGHTS

Barcelona Activa's Labour Rights Defence Point, within the framework of the reinforcement system for the accompaniment of people in the extraordinary regularisation process, is promoting information sessions on labour rights aimed at people who are at any time during the process, even those who have recently joined the labour market. These actions are designed so that entities and services can refer users to them so that they know the basic framework that regulates labour relations: hiring, the rights and obligations of workers, working conditions and the resources available for the defence of their labour rights. The aim is for the participants to be able to face their process of incorporation and maintenance in the regulated labour market with greater security, knowledge and guarantees. These sessions are part of the device's itinerary of actions and are complemented by other guidance and support resources offered by Barcelona Activa.

- Basic rules and basic principles applicable
- Employment contracts. Basic analysis.
- Basic labour rights: professional classification, working hours and breaks, probationary period, salary.
- Reference to salary documentation (payroll)
- Termination of the contract (special reference to resignation and dismissal)
