The TransOccupation Service is a socio-labour insertion service aimed at trans people in the city of Barcelona. Its objective is to contribute to reducing the added difficulties of the trans community in relation to job search and access to the labour market.

What does this service offer you?

Through guidance and support to the participants, a tailor-made career path is designed in complementarity with other resources and services, favouring their insertion into the labour market through work with companies.

• Personalised support from a reference technical person from the TransOcupació Service.
• Support in job search, socio-labour advice and referral, if necessary, to training actions that allow improving their professional profile.
• Training in transversal competencies and key skills, complemented with the most suitable resources in each case.
• Prospecting and intermediation with companies to promote the incorporation of trans people into the labour market.
• Monitoring of insertion to maintain job quality and employment.

Trans people residing in Barcelona in a situation of unemployment and/or improving employability.
