Train the interview: practical workshop - RF152

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to practice different types of interviews - curricular, by competencies and group. You will alternate between the role of candidate and observer, which will allow you to learn both from your own practice and from what you will see in the other participants. You will receive immediate feedback and concrete guidance so that you can strengthen your skills and face future interviews with more confidence and confidence.

People in the process of looking for a job and/or professional improvement.

Program content:

Duration: 3 hours

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. Develop communication skills and strategies to respond clearly and effectively.

2. Identify strengths and areas for improvement in one's own way of doing things by providing interviews.

3. Learn from the observation of other participants and structured feedback.

4. Improve emotional management and increase confidence in selection process situations.
