Manage the job change - EC366

ADVANCED LEVEL. The current work context increasingly demands the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to the new challenges of professional transformation. This means knowing and knowing how to apply the key steps to be flexible and learn to manage change in the face of any new situation. Learning to manage change will strengthen our capacity for transformation.

People in the process of looking for a job, professional change or active who want to deepen their knowledge of their skills.

1. Know the stages that make up the change management process.

2. Know how to define the key points of each stage of change.

3. Apply tools and strategies to learn how to manage situations of change.
