Creative hackathon: how to prototype your professional future - EC398

Experience a hackathon applied to your professional development. Over the course of two intensive sessions, you will work on a real professional challenge and learn how to put your creativity, strategic vision, critical thinking and decision-making skills into play. The goal? Develop a clear and actionable prototype that defines your career path.

People in the process of looking for a job, professional change or active who want to deepen their knowledge of their skills.

To get the most out of the activity, we recommend that you have your own professional challenge in mind.

Program content:

Duration: 7 hours (2 sessions of 3.5 hours)

What will you achieve with this activity?

1. Apply creativity and strategic vision to your own professional challenge.

2. Practice prioritization and decision-making in contexts of uncertainty.

3. Develop the ability to synthesize and communicate a clear professional proposal.

4. Develop an actionable prototype on one's own career path.
