The Career Guidance Conference in Barcelona returns with a new venue, increased capacity and more participatory methodologies.
According to The Future of Jobs report (WEF, 2025), 22% of jobs are expected to change in the coming years, presenting a major challenge in adapting to these shifts. It is estimated that 59% of workers will require training between 2025 and 2030. In light of this, it is necessary to focus on new job opportunities and continuous training (reskilling and upskilling) as key factors for adaptation.
The new conference format will offer participants a choice of activities and methodologies, including workshops, talks and discussion forums to talk one-on-one with professionals from the sector.
