People in the process of looking for a job and/or professional change who want to deepen their knowledge of their own abilities.
Program content:
Duration: 3 hours (of which 2 hours will be done in video-meeting format and the rest will be individual work with optional personalized follow-up).
What will you achieve with this activity?
- Reflect on the importance of identifying one's own key competences in the process of self-knowledge.
- Take the Barcelona Activa Professional Skills test and interpret the results.

IMPORTANT: This session will be taught virtually, live/by streaming, through the free Microsoft TEAMS platform. Punctuality is requested, after 15 minutes it will not be possible to record attendance at the activity. Registered people will receive by email the link with the invitation and access instructions a few hours before its start.
