Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities and assess the prospect of pursuing them on the basis of the situation both in the market and at the company. Examine market indicators (competition, prices, legislation, distribution, etc.) and assess them in relation to company-specific indicators (profit margins, investment, etc.).
- Examine national and international markets and determine the possibility of entering new markets. Examine current trends, identify the capacity for exportation and diagnose potential needs to install additional power, new equipment or more human capital.
- Create the national and international distribution network. Make contact and liaise with the product distributors, provide them with information and keep track of their sales developments.
- Coordinate the provision of product-related support to subsidiaries and distributors. Oversee distribution channels and ensure that equipment reaches its destination in perfect condition. Process and resolve possible supply incidents and manage the technical service in the case of breakdowns.
- Maximise the quality of the service offered to clients by implementing specific methodologies outlined by the company.
