Description
This is the person responsible for managing, coordinating and training professionals who sell insurance and/or pension funds. Reporting to the company's Finance Director or Regional Manager, the inspector is in charge of creating, consolidating and expanding the network of exclusive agents. They also inspect the risks of complex insurances or pension funds and provide support to the product development areas in relation to the design, development and implementation of new insurance and pension fund products.
Tasks
- To manage the company's insurance policies or pension funds, i.e., to purchase the insurance, monitor and attend to the claims of the client portfolio.
- To supervise the company's commercial objectives by checking that the set objectives are in line with the market's reality and, if necessary, propose corrective actions.
- To direct, coordinate and manage, on a daily basis, the tasks of the assigned team (insurance and pension fund agents) in order to generate business in their sphere of activity.
- To attract new clients in order to offer them advice on insurance through sales visits.
- To market insurance for different sectors with a view to promoting the company's business, like, for example, car dealerships, garages, hotels,
construction and civil engineering companies, freight transport companies, etc. - To support the areas that develop insurance and pension fund products with regard to their design, creation and implementation.
