The function of agricultural foremen or women is to coordinate and oversee the tasks done by the farmworkers working for them on farms where agricultural products are produced or employed, taking responsibility for executing the planned production schedule.

• To coordinate and supervise the tasks done by the team working under them.
• To assure that the tasks entrusted to personnel are executed in the planned times.
• To coordinate and control the internal logistics of agricultural operations, for example, overseeing the shipment and reception of goods, that is, the movement of materials, and to notify the management of the farming operation.
• To assure that the machinery and tools used by their work team are in good condition.
• To control the processes of operations, production and harvesting, assuring that they are done under the quality standards established by the company where they work.
• To collaborate in the ongoing training of personnel working for them, conveying all knowledge that they have.

  Full working day with flexible schedule depending on the team to which they are assigned.

• Salary

  Wages are calculated according to the value of the candidate and gross annual wages range from 27.907 to 38.286 euros. Median: 32.688 euros annum gross. Accomodation may be provided sometimes, in addition to the fixed wages.
