Education, enshrined in the Constitution as a public interest, is a socialisation process through which individuals develop their physical, intellectual and personal skills. It represents an essential asset in terms of the growth of citizens and societies. The education industry encompasses different areas of training and includes both regulated education and occupational training, complementary training and online training, which is in constant development and expansion. From an occupational perspective, it requires professionals with specific knowledge in addition to skills and competencies such as empathy, warmth and diligence.
