Training Technologist

This professional aims to provide expert knowledge of technologies and digital tools that allow combining teaching modules and then distributing them to distance education students and manage the degree of participation and learning of these students. Hence, through methods that use the network and ICT as a means of communication, a successful learning is achieved in an e-learning context.

Within this e-learning context, this professional must include procedures and techniques aimed at motivating the students, increasing their participation and improving the learning results.

• Participate in the team in charge of developing the needs analysis of an e-learning organization.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team whose missions is to determine the technological needs of the pedagogical model. Prepare the project planning and coordinate the relationship with internal and external professionals involved in the development of the project.
• Set the application objectives of technological tools in various learning scenarios.
• Analyse the technological needs according to the training objectives of the students who have chosen e-learning.
• Develop the ideal technological requirements for a full system performance. Propose technological solutions by assuming the technical leadership.
• Carry out implementation. Manage and document the execution of the e-learning context. Test the prototypes and the different versions: validate tests, reports and interphases, and test the web portal.
• Develop evaluation: analyse metrics and evaluation-oriented results based on the initial objectives.
