  Coordinate and oversee the work of the different types of staff at the organisation.
  Identify the work needs, establish and coordinate the different duties.
  Recruit internal and external staff. Ensure that staff adapt to the organisational culture.
  Develop the training and qualification of the organisation's volunteers.
• Foster participation within the organisation.
  Promote internal communication.
  Promote volunteer participation in the organisation's activities and in the participatory and decision-making processes that affect them (for example, whether or not they are made members of the entity).
