Description

A nautical activities monitor develops and coordinates all activities related to the practice of nautical activities in the Navy. The large marinas are home to sailing schools, sailing clubs, competition teams, short courses for paddle surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, etc., as well as recreational boat rentals, among others.


Tasks

- Maintenance of boats, sports facilities, maintenance and tuning of equipment for the learning and practice of water sports activities.
- Planning and development of all sports and training activities: manoeuvres, tactics, flexibility, concentration.
- Organization and management of marina sporting events.
- Coordinating the documentation of quality system courses.
- Training plans, both on a theoretical and practical level.
- Development of the summer course schedule: coordination of the courses in terms of manuals, schedules, shifts, distribution of groups, etc.
- Organization of sporting events and/or competitions.
- Handles all logistic issues related to regattas and events.
- Collects and arranges all documents and insurance for participants in short-term sports courses
- Organization of team outings during sports competitions as well as training (hotel reservations, processing of authorizations, permits, federal licenses, transportation, etc.)
- Provides updated information on the courses offered and nautical activities on the marina website.
