Description

This professional coordinates, manages and supervises private network implementation projects based on radiocommunication systems known as trunking. These communication systems include fixed, portable and mobile equipment and differ from traditional equipment in the sense that they removes interference and enables privacy, operational reliability and immediate intercommunication between interlocutors. The main fields of application of this kind of network are emergency services, transport, law enforcement, etc. When using this system, users can be absolutely sure that no other user may capture the signal or hear or interfere with their communications.

Tasks

  • Study the technical and financial feasibility of these projects.
  • Draw up the project plan and approve the documentation to be presented to official bodies.
  • Prepare and execute risk and contingency plans (specific actions aimed at recovering critical project functions in the shortest time possible in the event of an incident which directly affects project operations).
  • Direct and coordinate the project taskforce: Organise and distribute tasks to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Carry out the follow-up of the project; also ensure that deadlines and established cost and quality standards are met.
  • Jointly with client managers, coordinate and carry out the follow-up of private network installation projects.
