This occupation only exists in the framework of major businesses, given that the mission of the professional in question is to manage the superintendents of all the building sites assigned to him, lending support with regard to the planning, coordination and monitoring of the works, and ensuring they take ownership in terms of achieving set cost, time and quality objectives in the execution of these works.
Tasks
- Research and analyse the design of the entire building work project to become familiar with all its characteristics and conditions.
- Act as a spokesperson and offer support (technical and financial) to work superintendents in the case of proposals involving significant modifications and negotiate budgets (existing and new) with companies and manufacturers.
- Carry out public relations tasks with project and site managers and owners (architects, technical managers, etc.).
- Act as the spokesperson between site managers and supervisors in the monthly analysis of the follow up of building works and their planning.
- Assign contracts to the different manufacturers, companies and or professionals who intervene in the building works and sign the contracts.
- Sign all buidling work purchases and invoices.
