• Research and analyse the design of the entire building work project to become familiar with all its characteristics and conditions.
• Act as a spokesperson and offer support (technical and financial) to work superintendents in the case of proposals involving significant modifications and negotiate budgets (existing and new) with companies and manufacturers.
• Carry out public relations tasks with project and site managers and owners (architects, technical managers, etc.).
• Act as the spokesperson between site managers and supervisors in the monthly analysis of the follow up of building works and their planning.
• Assign contracts to the different manufacturers, companies and or professionals who intervene in the building works and sign the contracts.
• Sign all buidling work purchases and invoices.
