They are responsible for coordinating and executing operations related to preventive maintenance of equipment, and for guaranteeing the smooth running of this type of facility.   • Take representative samples of the influent and effluent.
  • Collaborate in the operations relating to the separation, treatment and removal of mud and waste.
• Perform maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. Responsibilities within this role include:
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance on equipment and processes, with a view to the established timescale and criteria, and recording any relevant data.
  • Detect anomalies in the functioning of mechanical and electrical equipment through the use of a maintenance plan and visual inspection.
  • To make simple adjustments and repairs on the basis of problems detected and in line with the instructions and protocols established.
• Adopt occupational risk prevention measures. Responsibilities within this role include:
  • Detecting and classifying risks associated with the processes carried out, teams operating or waste generated in the plant.
  • Applying preventive and protective measures on the basis of risks detected.
