Description

This professional is in charge of organising and managing trips for client businesses (corporate trips), groups and private customers. This work requires excellent negotiation skills in order to achieve good standards of service and optimal financial conditions.

Tasks

  • Work together with the client to define the destination, trip duration, itinerary and cities to be visited.
  • Lend advice to the client regarding business and leisure trips.
  • Arrange the itinerary, transport, accommodation and insurance according to the client's diary.
  • Look for the most competitive conditions of transport, updating the information with the different rates offered by each company.
  • Negotiate the price of hotel accommodation.
  • Propose different quotes and service alternatives to the client.
  • Make the relevant bookings.
  • Prepare service vouchers and invoices.
  • Check the outcome of the trip once completed.
