Description

This is the professional who advises and assists clients in the planning of their weddings, both civil and religious, including all the different religions that exist. This ranges from advising on the external image of the fiances and relatives to the organisation and overseeing of the ceremony and all the elements involved. Always guaranteeing the communication of the messages and personal values that the client wishes to convey.

Tasks

Wedding organisation related work:
  • Together with the client, determine the budget to be devoted to the event and adjust all proposals accordingly.
  • Inform the client of the different wedding rituals available to determine the one best suited to his/her needs or preferences: traditional weddings, themes, etc.
  • Help and provide advice to the client to define and select the items involved in the ritual to be carried out and the best way to obtain these. Thus define and reach a consensus on the event.
  • Set up the entire organisation of the ceremony based on it location and timing.
  • Draw up detailed plan of all the necessary components and their relevant timing schedule.
  • Select and set up the complementary work teams required for the following: Wedding lists, decorations, transport, printing work, flower arrangements, photography and video, music and entertainment, etc. taking into account pre-ritual and ceremonial proceedings.
  • Sometimes coordinate guest confirmation and accommodation, assistance, transport, etc.
  • Monitor the progress of the event, trying to adhere as closely as possible to all items agreed with the client. Guarantee the timing and protocol, respond to unforeseen events, last-minute requirements, guest requests, etc.
  • After the event, carry out a post ceremony follow-up of the various items involved. If need be, include the means best suited to send out wedding announcements and thank-you notes.
  • Audit the results achieved in terms of quality, the projection of values and messages on an individual level and with regard to the ceremony.
Working with the individual client:
  • Help the client to identify his/her needs according to the messages to be shared and define the solutions best suited to the wedding ceremony and personal characteristics.
  • In accordance with the process defined, present a series of styling, make-up and hairdressing proposals to the customer and suggest potential technical partners to execute the tasks involved.
  • Also present beauty or complementary treatment options to the customer if required, and suggest potential technical partners able to carry these out.
  • Advise the client on behaviour related matters, specifying protocol guidelines, the composure to be adopted, etc.
  • Manage the allocated budged, adapting the services to the means of the client.
  • May provide a consultancy service to either member of the couple, whether man or woman.
