Description

This professional is in charge of providing information as well as administrative and managerial support to participants in each of the activities organised around a business meeting or event (congress, convention, fair, etc.).

Tasks

  • Welcome participants and collect information regarding each person's special interests.
  • Provide information to participants during congress actvities:
    About the schedule and the rooms in which the different meetings, conferences or activities are being held.
    About the auxiliary rooms set aside for small meetings.
    About the IT and communications equipment available for participants.
    About the possibility of carrying out complementary activities.
  • Provide administrative support.
    Perform administrative tasks requested by particpants (organise meetings, issues relating to schedule changes, etc.).
    Carry out the necessary administrative tasks for the duration of the congress and those requested by participants (Power Point presentations, report modifications, photocopies, local contacts, etc.).
  • Sometimes contribute to event organisation.
