Description
Video game designers are in charge of defining and developing the audiovisual content of a video game, the user interfaces and the map of the game levels, as well as their relationships and dependencies. These professionals carry out the artistic direction of the project, taking care of the design and modelling of characters and settings and include the didactic-educational, business, web pages and apps gamification because it is an occupation that is going beyond video games.
Tasks
- Participate in the team that develops the scrip-story of the video game.
- Collaborate in defining the interactivity of the story.
- Collaborate in defining the visual scenarios to be developed.
- In charge of the artistic direction of characters.
- Design the interaction of the video game.
- Design the interfaces and menus.
- Actively participate in the design of the usability of the game.
